"Hope"

"Hope once was a beautiful unipeg, with incredible long wings and a crystal horn. But life put her in the middle of a terrible dissaster where she lost both wings.
She was terribly sad, all she was, now was gone. The sadness made her beautiful horn, once shiny, day by day started becoming opaque, until one morning it turned into dust.
Her friends wanted her to see the sunlight again, one good day, they visited her and decided to cheer her up by drawing a beautiful pair of wings, but it wasn't the wings that made her smile, but the love and care they gave her, and that they wanted to be with her being a beautiful unipeg or not. They spent that night with her, the first night she went to sleep with a smile on her face.
The next morning, they all went to the nearby lake to play, her friends threw her to the water, she needed a bath because she still had the paint on!
When she came out of the water, laughing, she saw her friends staring at her, surprised. She realized that there was a strange shine coming out from her body! She turned her head to what she could see from her back and there it was, shining like the sun, a beautiful pair of wings tattoed into her back, covering her old cutie mark and the emptiness that the accident left there. In her forehead, the remains of her beautiful horn started to shine again like a diamond! She couldn't believe it. Her friends ran to her to see it , and when she saw their faces, she felt another boost of happiness in her heart. She realized that it was because of them that she found that joy she had lost in the accident. It was because of them she had a new pair of beautiful wings, perhaps not to fly again in the skies, but more than special to remind her that she wasn't alone, and that she must never let life to stop her again."
Hope is one kind of healing pony for me, it's been a rough journey this years but I wouldn't be here, determined to keep moving foward, if it wasn't because of my friends and my now husband, who never stopped believing in me, they listened to my problems as I listened to them and have never left me alone even if I pushed them away many times.

Hope was made with apoxie sculpt, acrylic paints and crystals. Sealed with Sculpey gloss glaze. She has more than 5 hrs of coloring work, plus the sculpting and prepping hours.
