My 2nd Saint Seiya fanart in oils, I wanted to make an Ikki's painting so much but I was really sad when I was told that there was a maximum size for the drawings on the contest... I had to make it smaller than I wanted and in other pose that was more friendly for the size (and for the audience)
Ikki is my favorite saint, he's so cruel but sooo sweet with his brother (ok ok, sometimes)... Some people at the convention told me that they think that this drawing didn't win bcause of the *finger*
... I couldn't help it... It was so perfect for him 
...
Some parts look a little weird bcause I had to scan this paper in 4 parts and match them with photoshop, since my camera wasn't helping with the photos
Made with oils on rough paper (rougher than fabriano... I can't remember the name) ¬¬

You have mad skillz whit the oils.
But for the finger I not shure if you can post it on the arena XD
You used that spray for makig the paint dry faster? I never have try that XD
I use the leechseed oil (aceite de linaza)
it works wanders and dosen't smell awefull like the "aguarras"
whit this the paint is thiner and easier to add in the dried paint capes also leave a shiny effect when the paint is dry, if you use only aguarras the paint dosen't look shiny.
You just mix aguarras 60% aguarras and 40% leechseed.
Try it, you can tell the diference .
