I'm doing kind of a little cleaning in my room as I need space, and let's face it, some stuff it's just not meant to be with me.

I'm selling a pair of riding boots. I got them as a gift like 4 years ago. I tried to use them, but they're like 1 number less than mine. So you might now that the pain was awful.

The story behind them is funny, as a guy in the club I ride (and where I want to go back after almost 5 months of absense ) has a daughter, this girl has autism and she loves horses. They're from Colombia and somehow they ended here. He bought this boots in Bogota, Colombia and I guess that they just didn't fit into his daughter's feet. So when he was chatting about them with a riding teacher (who sadly passed away 2 years ago) he said "hey, and why don't you give them to her?" and he was pointing me.

I was like "I can't afford them T.T" bcause I remember that he mentioned something like "100 usd for them" ... I get my boots with a guy that gets the same cheap boots that traffic officers have. And I get them for like $50 usd. Sooo, the thing is that the Mayor (the riding teacher) told him "ahhh don't be such an ass, just give them to her!" and surprisingly, the guy said "ok, there you go, the boots are yours"

So, I got a nice pair of good Colombian riding boots as gift.

And then I tried them on, and they were really tight. I tried to use them like twice before my teacher (not the Mayor) said that if I was going to be suffering with them, I should take them off.

So, I only used them twice and now they're abandoned in a corner of my room. And now I'm using a pair of crappy tennis shoes and I have to borrow chaps to not kill my legs.

If anybody has a riding enthusiast at home, you might want to consider this ^^ The boots have their label and everything. It says "Troya" and the address and phone of the business in Bogota, Colombia.

I don't know the size. But looking at the shoe size charts, I might give you a hint of what size they're not.

I'm 4.5 (Mexican Shoe Size) Shoes smaller than that will kill my feet. So, I'm guessing that this shoes might be somewhere between 3.5 - 4 (mexican size)

If you look at this international chart [link] (look below where a little chart is)

you can see that the corresponding size for US/Canada must be 6 1/2 - 7 and European sizes 37-37 1/2

Doing a little bit of homework (and scratching all I could find on the web as there's no further information about them) I found that this boots sell new for around $80 usd (+ shipping I guess). Really cheap compared to well known brands worldwide, and well, this pair is barely used, right now, they're only dusty bcause of the inactivity.

So I would like to ask $50 usd + shipping for them.

I want to take this pair out bcause I want to get a new pair of boots, hopefuly they'll be good quality and cheap as we have a town like 3 hrs away that specializes in leather goods and I was told that I can get a good deal and very good boots at least to use them for practice, as I can't afford to compete anymore
